At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

LATE CANCELATION/NO SHOWS                    

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE / TRANSFERABLE & FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AS THIS LEAVES US WITH LITTLE TIME TO FILL THE SPACE , WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS COME UP AND IF YOU DO HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING THEN PLEASE GIVE US MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE & YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE PUT ON A VOUCHER FOR YOU TO USE AT ANOTHER DATE  WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE DATE ORIGINALLY BOOKED 🫶

HAIR EXTENSIONS DEPOSIT - IF YOUR HAIR HAS BEEN ORDERED THIS CANNOT BE REFUNDED BY US THE DEPOSIT COVERS THE COST OF THE HAIR NOT THE FITTING , WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR HAIR COST UNTIL THE HAIR HAS BEEN RETURNED AND WE RECIEVE THE REFUND THE DEPOSIT IS TAKEN TO ORDER THE HAIR IT WOULD BE RETURNED THEN REFUNDED , IF IT IS PAST THE RETURN DATE I WOULD ONLY BE OFFER A NEW BOOKING AT THE NEXT AVAILABLE TIME WE CAN TRY OUR BEST TO FIND YOU THE SOONEST SLOT.

❗️PATCH TESTING ❗️
Patch tests for all new colour clients or if your last visit was more than 6 months you are required to please come for a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if this hasn’t been done your appointment may have to be changed,  if any new medical history ie vaccines covid prescriptions changes a new patch test would be required X
